What order fulfillment options do you offer?

We offer Farm Pickup, Local Delivery, and carefully handled shipping throughout the continental United States.

Are all of the items you sell frozen?

Yes. All of our beef products are frozen to preserve peak freshness, flavor, and quality. Freezing immediately after processing protects the integrity of the meat far better than long refrigerated transport, ensuring you receive it in exceptional condition.

There are only a few exceptions:
Our Beef Jerky is shelf‑stable and does not require freezing or refrigeration.

Our Hardcore Carnivore seasoning is also not frozen.

Do you offer free Local Delivery in the Michiana area?

Yes, we offer free Local Delivery within an hour radius of Goshen, IN for any orders over $100.

Do you make substitutions in bundles if an item is out of stock?

Yes. In rare cases where inventory is low, we may substitute an item with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

We do track our inventory on our product pages so you will see if the item is a pre-order or in stock.

What day of the week do orders ship with UPS?

All UPS‑shipped orders are packed and sent out the following Monday. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it will be prepared and shipped the next Monday to ensure fast, reliable transit without weekend delays.

This schedule ensures that UPS 2nd Day Air packages arrive within two business days without the risk of sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Your order stays cold, safe, and moving quickly.

Are the shipping boxes insulated and packed with ice packs?

Your shipped order arrives in a sturdy box lined with 1.5 inches of insulation to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit. Each box is also packed with ample ice packs to keep your meat cold and protected from the moment it leaves our farm until it reaches your doorstep.

Are your boxes that are used for shipping re-usable?

Yes! We want our shipping boxes back after you receive your shipment. We will send you a Fedex return label via email. We ask that you print the label, attach it to the box and drop it off at your local FedEx store. This step is very appreciated and helps us continue to ship products in safe and effective way to our customers.
